Sharing my experience how importance is yoga and diet.
India is a land rich in its culture, ethical values, social norms, traditions, and cultural heritage all these things help us to develop good habits and grow as a good human being with human values.
Our Indian history about yoga and Ayurveda is 5000 years old this is one of the great gifts we got from our ancestors. Following yoga and Ayurveda in our life helps us to keep physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and social health in a healthy condition which is known as holistic approach towards wellness.
I completed my MBA (HR) In the year 2005 and went in search of job as to make my carrier in Bangaluru city. After struggling of two months, I got Job as HR in well-known company with good package. When I started getting salary every month, I used to spend all amount for my needs like shopping, eating etc. I did not have to give any amount to my family because financially our family was strong. After six months of my job due to change in my food habits my regular periods become irregular, instead of getting every month I started getting periods once in 45 days , later the gap increased by two month, three months and finally I used to get my period once in four months. I was not at all bothered about it.
After two year I got married at the age of twenty-seven, I wanted to have children’s as early as possible and return to my carrier but after two to three months of my marriage I was not able to conceive, so went for checkup through scanning and came to know I was suffering from PCOD (Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease). I did not have any idea how to over come this health problem. After continues treatment from Gynecologist for one year I was not able to over come PCOD problem. Finally doctor told me that I am fed up of giving injections and tablets, you may not be able to conceive because your ovulation are not happening correctly. Being an educated I did not lose my hope nor I thought of going to other doctor, I started to study about PCOD like what is the causes and how to overcome it.
After making lot of study and research I came to know that PCOD was a result of change in my eating habits (eating outside foods) during my job. Following are the solutionsss for this problem.
1. Continues yoga with full dedication for one hour at least five days a week.
2. Strictly stopped eating outside eatables like bakery items, chats at roadside or anything which made by mida, sugar, fried items, even at home also limited eating rice and chapati.
3. Stopped sleeping in the afternoons.
4. Eating as early as possible in the evening up to 6:30 or 7:00 PM
5. My main food was Jawar roti with curry and vegetable salad as side dish.
All these five steps I followed regularly, after completing two years with yoga and proper diet again I went for scanning and showed my all reports to same doctor who told you can’t conceive, she was surprise to see my report showing no sign of PCOD and my periods also became regular . After few
months I got conceived at the age of thirty years. Now the same doctor says the example of me to other ladies who are suffering from PCOD.
Now I am leading a happy and healthy life with continuous Yoga and diet. I am blessed with two healthy daughters who are studying in 8th and 6th Class. Never I allowed PCOD to come back again to me. So through this article I want to say all the great ladies, who are suffering from PCOD, Thyroid, Fibroid or any kind of infertility problems or irregular periods , don’t worry at all make up your mind strongly that nothing is impossible you can do it , just by following these five steps will definitely help you to over come the health problems and also makes you emotionally, intellectuality, mentally and socially healthy.

✓ Do Yoga with the help of yoga trainer it might be online or offline near to your local area.
✓ For particular disease particular yoga is applied.
✓ Most important point before implementing yoga or Ayurveda in your life, have full faith, belief on them that these will solve your problems.
